This Privacy Policy explains how SignFarm (“SignFarm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our membership, websites, signs, QR-enabled landing pages, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide
- Account & membership information — name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Billing information — payment details processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Order information — the signs, banners, and print materials you order, along with shipping details.
- Communications — messages you send to our support or sales teams.
Lead information captured through your signs
When a member deploys a SignFarm sign, the QR code links to a landing page where prospects may submit contact details (such as name, phone number, email, and the property or location associated with the sign). This “Lead Information” is collected on behalf of the member who owns the sign. With respect to Lead Information, the member is the controller of that data and SignFarm acts as a processor.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, scans, and conversions.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address or, where permitted, from a scanning device, to attribute leads to specific signs.
- Cookies & similar technologies — see “Cookies” below.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including lead capture and attribution.
- Process orders, payments, and memberships.
- Send transactional messages, including instant SMS lead alerts you have enabled.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Monitor, analyze, and secure the Services and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- With your consent, send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Members — Lead Information is delivered to the member who owns the sign that captured it.
- Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, payment processing, SMS delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SignFarm, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead Information is retained according to the controlling member’s instructions and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to data portability, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If your information was captured as Lead Information, please contact the member who owns the relevant sign, and we will assist as a processor.
You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. International Users
The Services are operated in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
